Paul Lyons is a strategy director for K2 Intelligence’s Investigations and Disputes practice, overseeing a range of intelligence-led projects for both corporates and investors.
With a focus on transaction support and competitive intelligence, Paul manages research into the published and unpublished opportunities and threats surrounding a transaction or new market entry, particularly when public information is scarce. He also oversees competitive intelligence projects—investigating stakeholders and markets to improve understanding of the changing competitive landscape or regulatory environment.
Paul has worked with clients on stress-testing assumptions around addressable markets, highlighting the impact on a transport provider of a negative change in regulations, and helping a global manufacturer better understand sources of competitive advantage.
Prior to joining K2 Intelligence, Paul served as a director at Kroll. He began his career as a strategy analyst at Compaq and Ernst & Young.
