K2 Intelligence will expand on the ethics surrounding cyber due diligence on a Sept 27 panel for the ALM cyberSecure Conference titled “Ethical Considerations: Cyber Due Diligence and the Deal.”
According to K2 Intelligence, “The fact is that the value of a deal can change after the deal is finalized due to a past or ongoing data breach. When you have organizations that are connecting their infrastructure after a merger or acquisition, you really don’t know what you’re acquiring.”
