Natasha is a senior director in the Africa practice, leading the ethics and compliance services team at K2 Intelligence for EMEA. She works with a range of companies and charities to design and implement bespoke internal policies and programs that specifically address anti-corruption compliance and promote ethical behaviours among employees and third parties. Natasha assists international organizations with mitigating regulatory and reputational risk when operating in challenging jurisdictions. Recent cases include reviewing a major energy company’s compliance policies and procedures to assess their relevance and effectiveness, and conducting routine vetting of all prospective major donors and corporate partners for a global charity.
Natasha began her career at G3, the Good Governance Group, a business intelligence and investigations firm, as an Africa and Middle East specialist, before moving to Proven, G3’s dispute resolution and litigation support division. There she worked on major fraud, money laundering, and corruption cases. Subsequently, she served as an anti-corruption compliance manager for U.S. retailer L Brands, the parent company of Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works, managing supply chain risk and vetting business partners. This involved travel to Asia, where Natasha interviewed factory owners and managers as part of risk assessment exercises and separately conducted training for existing and new suppliers and business partners on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and applicable legislation.
Prior to joining K2 Intelligence, Natasha ran her own risk advisory firm catering to the nonprofit sector and supporting sustainable investment activities with due diligence services.
Natasha received a first-class honours degree from the University of Nottingham and completed the accounting and financial analysis program at the London Business School.
