1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal Information. Some of the information we collect when you use this Site allows us to identify you (“Personal Information”). We currently collect Personal Information only if you choose to give it to us. We ask for your name, company, email address and business or professional other information on our Contact Us and request forms.
Our Site may use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the Site and use its features. Without these cookies, services like enabling the version of content appropriate to your type of device cannot be provided.
- Performance Cookies: These cookies collect information about how visitors use the Site, for instance which pages visitors go to most often. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how the Site works.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
We use the Personal Information you give us to respond to your questions or requests and then to follow up with marketing emails, newsletters, or other communications about the services we offer that we think will be of interest to you.
Once you have visited the Site, we will recognize the same device, for example, the same personal computer or mobile device, to show content that matches information you were interested in on prior visits. We will not, however, link that cookie information with any Personal Data. You will remain unique but anonymous to us.

Although we encourage you to use the opt-out link because it is automated, you may also send us a request at privacy@K2intelligence.com. You can also use that address to request a copy of any Personal Information you have submitted to us through this Site or that we have in our marketing files to correct the information or to delete that information from marketing use. We will endeavor to satisfy such requests within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to retain a copy in our inactive records for any legally required purposes.
Cookies. You can also use your browser settings to delete cookies that have already been set. The website contains comprehensive information about the process of opting out on different browsers. Note that if you disable cookies, the Site may not function properly.
4. TRANSFER OF DATA ABOUT YOU TO THIRD PARTIES

Global Processing. We may process data about you in the United States or in any other country around the world. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to that processing.
Children. The Site is intended for use by adults, primarily in their business or professional capacities. We do not target, or knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
